I also have one of these monitors and have hooked it up to a //c (with
Video 7 box).
 
Mine has a DB9-female video port, and switches on the back for
Analog/Digital. The Mac II cable that you spoke of using with the IIGS
I assume is DB15 male -- DB15 male?  Does your CPD 1302 have a DB15
connector?
