help w/ 2nd Apple IIe floppy drive

I am tyring to play around with an Apple IIe computer we got in here at the
office. It has 2 external drives. I can not seem to figure out how to access
the 2nd drive. I have the operating systemm disk in the 1st drive but how can
I load or run a program from the 2nd drive?
