If it's discontinued, there's doubtlessly a copy of it somewhere in the
many archives (asimov, ground etc). Try a search there.
Similar desktop programs for the 8-bits apples were Catalyst and
MouseDesk.
I've got MouseDesk, but I really have no idea if it will run on a //c.
It came bundled with my IIgs, and as far as I know it might have been a
specific 16-bits version. So if you go searching for it, you should make
sure that it's the 8 bits version you get.
