Bernie 2 the rescue location?

I'm looking for a source of Bernie 2 the rescue. And another question: Is
it necessary for the user of the program to first possess the 2gs ROM as
was the case with other Apple 2 emulators? If so, is there a legal source
for the ROM? Does the program easily run 2e programs as well?
