That guy was clearly flamebaiting.

Realizing this and using that is another matter.  What do you think the
purpose of that guy was?  I use a Macintosh but I would not go into
a Windows newsgroup and post a "Windows interface is clearly inferior
and using it is like putting 100MB and 18gig hard disk in an 8088."

Trolls are free to post in an unmoderated group, but real enthusiasts
like Cameron and I must be free to respond....

I am also pretty sure that such trolls are legitimate candidates for
retro-moderation.
