Wow, nathan and I agree on something.

Yes, the XGS source is absurd. While XGS certainly serves it purpose, it is 
truly a "hack", and really needs some work to make it good. I actually started 
on it a while back, but with my other obligations, I ran out of the stuff 
related to the clock.
