Questions (FAQ) at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html for
answers to your Apple II questions. Section 7.2 convers how to get a
boot disk, and lists several sources for them. Your best bet is
probably Steve Cavanaugh's $3 modem disk with ProDOS for the basic OS
plus many utilities useful in downloading and decompressing software.
