I can see the reason for calling it .sdk, but how did it get started? .sdk
is not an "official" suffix. Shrinkit will always put *.shk as default, even
if it is a disk image.
The shrinkit disk image should be and is supported by emulators. Just
unshk it on the PC with nulib and you will get a nice image file ready to
be 2MGed. In case people are wondering, this is how to get GS disks
over to XGS. GSHK to make "SDK" images, Nulib to unshk on the PC,
and 2MG to convert.
