As far as I am aware of, Apple did not fix that problem. I did not
modify my card myself, I have an ex-Apple who knew what he was doing. He
soldered a cable from the LS246 (U6) chip, with the HS card
soldering facing you, the bottom left pin, to the SCSI connectors, left
row, last second pin. I noticed that he added a diode? to make sure the
power supply flows one-way only, that's to the SCSI chain. He explained
that it draws a +5v power to the SCSI chain as termination power.
This is what I see from my card, you modify at your own risk.
