In his zeal to get you to use the Genex program, that supertimer guy left out
a few details. First, you have to have a disk in any removable drive when
you boot if you want a driver resident in the disk's driver partition to be
loaded. An easier way is to use software in the form of a control panel or
extension to put a driver for a removable device into memory. I use APS
Powertools with my magneto optical drive, and PC Exchange can support 
removable devices too. Second, there need be no driver on a removable disk
at all if you use this method, so no need to worry about where you format it
if you have software to mount disks.
