AppleII football game

I was wondering if anyone knows of a football game for the AppleII which
was written in BASIC.  I remember one from about 10-12 years ago which
allowed a user to input an iteger to select a play type.  I think 4 was a
short pass, 5 a long pass, 6 a screen, 3 a draw, 2 an end run, and 1 was
off tackle. 0 would show stats.  It used to be a good desktop game while I
was waiting on something else.  Does anyone recall the name, and where it
can be found?  Will it work on any of the emulators?
