A choice of words: AppleSingle or AppleDouble

This is a method that Apple came up with for dealing with forked files
on foreign operating systems. AppleSingle appends the resource fork
to the end of the data fork and AppleDouble save the data and resource
forks as separate files.

GSHK can turn AppleSingle files back into their extended versions.

This is what I was getting at with my original post.
