Help in ID'ing cards
Greetings all,
I was invited over the weekend to help a friend extract some Apple II
stuff out of his garage. Most of the items were fairly easy to
identify, but I found four cards that didn't appear too familiar.
Card 1 - The only name on it is MCT. There is a 65C02 processor and an
EPROM.
Card 2 - Dithertizer II. It has a 6 pin DIN connector and a 14 pin DIP
connector that sandwiches between the motherboard and a 74LS51 at
location C13 on a II+.
Card 3 - Vynet Corp. V-100 A/V Looks like it could be a modem. It
has an RJ11 connector and 3 RCA jacks labeled: LINE IN, LINE OUT, and
SPEAKER. There is also a switch labeled TX/RX.
Card 4 - Decillionix DX-1 Sound processing system. Mini-jack for input,
RCA jack for output.
Additionally, I picked up 2 enhanced Apple IIe's configured as follows:
IIe#1
Slot 1 - Apple SSC
Slot 2 - Timemaster II HO
Slot 3 - AE Transwarp
Slot 4 - Apple mouse interface
Slot 5 - Apple 3 1/2" controller card
Slot 6 - Apple 5 1/4" controller card
Slot 7 - AE Ramfactor w/Ramcharger
IIe#2
Slot 1 - AE Serial Pro
Slot 2 - MCT Speed Demon
Slot 3 - Empty
Slot 4 - Empty
Slot 5 - Apple 3 1/2" controller card
Slot 6 - Apple 5 1/4" controller card
Slot 7 - AE Ramfactor w/Ramcharger
I'm looking for documentation/software for most of these cards(except
the official Apple stuff) since there was none to be found with any of
this stuff. There is still more stuff in boxes and will be asking for
help with some of that, too. As of now, none of it's for sale until I
can better determine whether these items will benefit some of my
projects. I will post any excess to csa.marketplace when the time
comes. Thanks for any info you can supply.
Regards,
Jim
