Yep, that's the one that began by playing a digitized recording of
a jazz band (most will remember the saxaphone solo, with animated rings
traveling through the outline of a sax that slowly transforms into a
picture of a band. The crisp and clear female voice saying "Introducing
the Apple IIgs!" is something that also stuck in my mind). :)

Probably, but you can definitely find it on the Caltech site at:
ftp://apple2.caltech.edu/Zocalo/pub/apple2/demos/ (the files you want
are called "salesdemo.1.shk" and "salesdemo.2.shk"). If you have a
ROM 3 forget about downloading it, it is not compatible and there is
no way to get it running (at least not unless someone patches it).
There is also "m.v.souris.shk" in the same directory, it's the
1986 dealer demo from Apple France (I uploaded it several years
back, it seems to have the same legal status as the USA version).
