     Good points. If SS always messes up with Inwords, then doing the PS
mods would not eliminate the problem. Thanks for the information.

     Yes; if the system should exhibit crashes due to glitching,
fattening the PS leads or swapping in any good power supply with
significantly heavier +5, +12, and GND leads will help. Actually, the
standard GS power supply has ample rated capacity for most
configurations. What matters most is that the PS has low Resistance +5,
+12, and GND leads.

     Just heavier PS leads may not be enough, especially when the GS is
a ROM-01 model. The motherboard Slot power traces are pretty skimpy. If,
besides the SS card, an accelerator card is installed, then, it is
virtually certain that the system will glitch unless both heavy PS leads
and on-motherboard jumpers are added.
