Re: Where can I find High Speed 65816? and an oscillator

In a previous message I mentioned checking into having CMD serve as a
possible source for high-speed 65816 processors for Apple accelerator users
looking for upgrade chips. I'm sorry to report that it doesn't look like
this can happen any too soon, as we presently have about 250 back orders
for SuperCPU's (due to recent completion of our 128 verison and changeover
to a rev2 on the 64 version), but only have 150 65816 chips in stock. We
placed an additional order with WDC a few days ago, but they are presently
out of stock on the part we use and indicate that it will be several weeks
before we'll be getting a shipment. I'll look into this again later when
our backlog has cleared, but for now I'm afraid it isn't possible for us
become an alternate source.
