Following up what Mike said, Another thing about soldering is that after a
while if you don't do it often, you'll get tired and sloppy. Take a break.
Let your eyes and hands rest. Look back at the work you've done and see if
you've gotten messy. A bad fast job is just sn invitation to do it all
again. RAM is the worst - very repetitive.
And something I learned in college - don't wear shorts.
