Go to Monitor and do a C10AG to run the test cycle on it in slot #1.

No response. What does it mean if typing that doesn't produce a response?

Usually that the card is not receiving data or addresses. If that card has a data transceiver IC, usually a 74xx245, but sometimes a latch is used, then check to see that this chip is getting power to it, or try it in another slot to be sure that it isn't the slot that has the problem. Bill
