When did you get your 65C816?  If there is a -14 in it, you should not
need the GALs.  What ROM version do you have?  If it is less than
version 1.5, it needs to be replaced.  Sandy posted the source for new
the new version 1.8 ROM:

They also sell the piggyback boards with 32K cache.
