Not everyone knows about the CSA2 faq, and some people don't have the time to 
go spelunking around your web site to find this holy tome of arcane knowledge.

Ummmm... Nathan..... Last time I checked, the CSA2 newgroup was open for one 
and all to ask questions. If you don't want to answer, keep you arrogance in 
check, and don't reply to the post. Trust me, someone else will.
