The best one I've seen is SysFont which was included with some Japanese
language stuff in the 1WSW directory on Ground. I had to use Yankit to
get the stuff out of the archive because GShk didn't like it.

It lets you set the system font as well as the menu font (they can be
different) and you can add different settings for various programs.

You run into problems with finding fonts that fit into the space that the
system gives you, and still look good though.
