MacTCP help, kinda

I'm trying to help a gal who bought an Apple Mac si(?). She is using
an ISP to connect to the Internest, and has been using Eudora which
was on the machine. However, she hasn't been able to use the web
because Netscape V1.0 is the only browser on her machine. This
software wont work. Too old.

I got new software from the ISP for her and the instructions said -
need MacTCP and that if you have OS V7.5, MacTCP is included. She
'has' V7.5, but when I installed the new software it said you have to
have MacTCP V2.0.6! The MacTCP she has is V2.0.4. (Of course the
instructions did NOT say you might have an older version of MacTCP and
that it won't work. Not only that, some original files were modified
and now she can't even use email because she can't even attach to the
ISP now. 

This gal is handicapped and has very limited resources. I need to find
somewhere I can get MacTCP V2.0.6, or an upgrade from V2.0.4. Does
anyone know where I can obtain this for her?

Naturally, her software isn't registered because she bought the
computer and software from someone else, so I can't appeal to Apple.
The provider said they can't (read 'wont') give it to us.
