HELP!!!!!!! 5 1/4 is DEAD!

Just got an Apple //e in BEAUTIFUL condition but something is wrong with
the floppy drive. The computer bleeps and Apple // is on the monitor.
The drive spins and spins and spins but nothing else happens. I've tried
several different floppies.

THe drive is one of the originals- steel encased with A RIBBON to the card.
 

Any Help greatly appreciated. I even took it apart but -NOTHING!
