DeskWriter troubles

Greetings Fellow Apple II Enthuiasts,
 
Perhaps, one of you can explain why my Hewlett Packard Desk Writer 600 and
Harmonie printer driver software aren't allowing me to print on US Legal
8.5"x14" paper.
 
Here's whats happening: Using the Page Setup dialog, (which allows the user to
set the paper type, aspect ratio, and orientation) I click on Paper Type to
change it from US Letter 8.5"x11" to US Legal 8.5"x14" and then click on "OK"
to confirm the change and close the dialog window.  Next, I click on "PRINT"
only to find that it will stop printing as if it was still set to US Letter
8.5"x11" in the Page Setup dialog.  Any idea as to why this is happening? Your
anticipated assistance will be greatly appreciated.
