Where can I find High Speed 65816? and an oscillator

In the TWGS HyperCard stack, it says to go to AlTech Electronics for 
the high speed chip, and DIGIkey for the Oscillator.

I cannot seem to get ahold of Digikey, and Alltech says that the High
Speed chips are no longer in stock.

Are there alternate sources/ ways to get the parts I want?
