     You might consider picking one and opening it up-- turn it
upside-down, remove the bolts, and lift off the case. You can leave the
drive mechanism attached to the case top and check inside the mechanism.
Cotton swabs dabbed in alcohol can be used to remove bad globs of dust.

     The heads should be easy to see. They are mounted on springy,
bronze-colored sheets in a black plasctic holder. If you swab near the
heads be careful not to get the swab snagged on the mountings or heads.
A small jeweler's screwdriver tightly wrapped with a bit of swab cotton
makes a good swab for more precise dust removal.

     If you feel like the drive was pretty gunked-up with dust before
cleaning, then, cleaning the others the same way is probably worthwhile.
Otherwise, just give each a couple 20-30 spins with a Cleaner Diskette.
(On the other hand, cleaning 3.5" drives is kind of relaxing work.)
