Gary: do you have your GS and Mac set up to print over AppleTalk? I don't
believe the LaserWriter is a direct-serial printer. You have to set up a
network (two machine network with a GS/Mac-to-ImageWriter cable should work
fine, or PhoneNet connectors for a three-machine network) and print that
way (Should be in the Chooser on the Mac, and either the Network Printer or
DC Printer Control Panel [I don't remember for sure] on the IIgs)
