It might not be... have you tried hitting the '8' key during boot to
just get into ProDOS?  Also, have you tried disconnecting the CD

If your SE/30 is connected to the 'net - then yes.  DiskCopy should be
able to reconstitute them for you.  It all depends on where the images
came from and what form they're in to begin with.  Sheppy also sells
pre-built disks:
