Is it possible for a qualified technician to change the scan rate of a Mac, VGA or SVGA monitor so that it will sync down to 15Khz for connection to an Apple IIGS? Second Sight is not the answer I'm looking for. I want to know if it is possible to modify a "modern" monitor? Any technicians out there who can answer this one? -Scott G.
