If you are using full blooded Netware, you can install a LocalTalk board
in the server. Install the AppleShare server software (free with NW 3.12X
onwards) and use the server to bridge ethernet to localtalk by binding the
Appletalk protocol to both network adapters.

Alternatively, you can just set up AppleShare on the ethernet side and use
a product such as LocalTalk Bridge ($$ from Apple) or the one on Sonic
Systems ftp site (usually requires that you have a Sonic ethernet
adapter).

A very nice product I've used recently is MacLan from Miramar Systems --
you can download an evaluation copy -- that runs on Windows 3.1/95 and NT
(I think). This allows the PC to use the AppleTalk protocol and to use Mac
servers/printers and to act as an AppleShare File and Print server. MacLan
allegedly supports LocalTalk network cards and ODI/NDIS compliant ethernet
adapters.

Keep us all informed on how you make things work in the end.

Phil
