Actually a IIsi runs at 20 MHz. As to whether that is fast, I consider my 
33 MHz '030 Powerbook to be hideously slow running stuff like Netscape 3.0
and AOL 3.0. And on the price, There's a guy on AOL selling IIsi's by saying
you can get a superdrive for $40 and get a IIsi 5/40 for free with it. In
other words, he's selling the entire box for $40. That's a pretty decent
price considering that the parts are each worth about that much separately.
