IC heatsink for sale (heat sink pad fit those
40pin CPU (6502), 6845 (video card), even those 28pin UARTs.
The heatsink has two fins, and will fit fine between
two expansion card.  All you need is super-glue to glue the
heat sink pad to the IC.

$20 for a package of 10.
