I'd also like to thank Nathan for this.

Out of the period when the FAQs were not posted here each month came a
project to create new FAQs on ground. These FAQs sometimes include
different material than Nathan's which I have sometimes found useful. I
hope that both collections of information are maintained and expanded. And
if Scott G. wants to take a swing at turning the FAQs-on-ground into an
HCGS stack, that wouldn't be a bad thing, either ;-)
