I think I've got Tower of Myraglen or Monte Carlo in a plastic box.
Definitely have PBI Visualizer in a plastic box. My copy of Alien Mind
is a card board box only, but it's possible that early copies  shipped
with the plastic box, given that that was PBI's more consistent method
of packaging software.

I very much doubt any IIGS software was reproduced illegally to the
extent that it included all the printed materials AND a plastic
protective box.
