I e-mailed an order before that date (can't remember when exactly) and
after not receiving anything and having nothing charged to my credit
card, I e-mailed them again to find out what happened to my order.

They apologized for the delay but they had shipped my order on 12
January.

Now I'm anxiously awaiting my order again. :(

But at least I now know it is coming. :)
