The Shiva hardware was nothing short of a nightmare, and that must
have been because I had more FP5 than not.
The Gatorbox CS is the one (it stands upright), the metal ZFP case one
does not do the same job with Apple II's.
The trick with a lot of this stuff has been with the sequence of power
up when it comes to the stuff thats a pain in the posterior. It's as
if the bridge box takes inventory at power up, therefore anything it's
going to work with needs to be present on the network. If this is what
you have to put up with, forget about it. Get something else. :)
The EtherWave just works great, as does the GatorBox CS.
