The total must be far less than this since total production for Apple IIs
reached 1,000,000 in June of 1983, six months after the Apple IIe was released.
If I remember correctly the total number of Apple IIs and IIpluses was a little
shy of 800,000 with the Belle & Howell //+ Clone making up a small portion of
those. A better guess might be to remove one zero from that estimate.
