how to make a boot disk

I will admit I am new to the Apple II's, but I will also admit I have
a Apple II+, Apple IIe, and an Apple IIgs (knew alot of people getting
rid of old computers and enjoy the challenge of them).

My question is: I have a Pentium running Win95 as my main system right
now.  I know you can download OS's from different spots including
Apple.  I also know that the file systems of the floppies are
different and one can't read the disks from another.  How do I make a
boot/install disk for these older machines????  

Any help would be greatly apprciated.
