In theory (now well accepted by science) ten dimensions are possible, many even
suggest that twelve dimensions could exist, in the human concepts of
dimensionality. The fourth dimension is time and that's an clearly established
scientific fact, nobody other than a fool would dispute. 
 So, you see  - the Apple II computers have a fourth dimension after all.  And,
anything else that acknowledges and uses time also has four dimensions. 
Dispute, argue and rant on that all you want, it's a fact folks, simply as
that.
