The new csa2 FAQs

The newest revision of the csa2 FAQs has been uploaded to Ground
and should be available there in a few days.

     Since a number of Apple II users have expressed the opinion that
our FAQs should be posted here from time to time, it seems like a good
idea to post at least the new FAQs "Main Hall" file. This file includes
a number of 'getting started' Q&A and also lists all of the Questions
answered in the various FAQs files which follow the Question & Answer
format.

     If a csa2 member requests that all of the current Q&A-format FAQs
files be posted, this will be done.

     For now, thanks go to the many csa2 participants whose answers are
included in the FAQs.
