Writing to PC 1.44MB disks on a //e

I have heard of program that allows a person to read 1.44MB PC formmatted
disks with an Apple SuperDrive Controller and drive.  I don't remember
what the name was or where to locate the program.  If anyone could give
me some pointers, I would be very grateful.

Further on the subject.  I presume if the SuperDrive controller can read
the disks, block-by-bloc, it should also be able to write blocks such that
a PC can read them.  Am I correct in this presumption?
