Nope. The IIgs uses CPU registers for that.

Ok, that's what I suspected.  The IIGS makes no attempt at emulating the RW.

I went back and looked at the sources for CP/AM and it appears that there never was ramdisk support for native memory > 64k in the first bank - sorry.

If you install a Ramfactor or Apple "Slinky" memory card, I believe that will work with slot set to "Your Card".
