What is a Luser?  I found no such spelling of that word in any of my
standard dictionaries at home.  Thus I called upon the skilled
efforts of my favorite search engine service: www.hotbot.com, with
the keyword 'Luser' and it gave me the following 99% accurate
definition contents and matches noted below.
