AppleWorks Database formats

I've been working on a program to format and display AppleWorks database
files from within the various shells. 
The file type notes describe thru version 3.0 of AW, but I don't have
access to any of the newer versions. What changes if any were made to the
format since then? Also if anyone would be willing to send me sample files
please contact me by email.

Just a bit of portability info for those interested. The code at present
is known to compile and run under GNO and SunOS. This means that users
would be able to say, upload a database to a unix machine. Then use this
program to print a formatted copy to what ever printer is attached.
