I think BXY is used for a Binary II encoded SHK file. It's pretty
worthless these days, but both ShrinkIT's handle it automatically.

For a Binscii encoded file (binary-text conversion for posting and
whatnot) you need something like BinSCII, GScii+, Sciibin, or if you
think those run a bit too slow, BscIT :).
