Can't read my Apple IIe EF ROM

I'm having trouble reading my Apple IIe EF ROM with an
EEPROM prorgrammer.

Reading off the EF ROM, I see the following on the ceramic
package:

CN75001N
342-0134-A
(C)APPLE1982
SKK8438 AW

What the heck is this thing? A Synertek ROM of some sort?

My Apple IIe Reference Manual, Chapter 7 (Hardware) says
that the CD and EF ROMs are 2364 ROMs. The CD ROM actually
appears to be an NEC 2764 (reading off the ceramic again),
and I am able to read that just fine with the programmer.

The schematic says that CD and EF are 2365/2764 devices, so
I'm not sure what the truth is here.

A little more info: My IIe motherboard has a rev # of 820-0064-B.
It is not an enhanced IIe.

Can anyone tell me how I can read my EF ROM with a EEPROM programmer?
Any help (posts or e-mail to vfranco@ix.netcom.com) would be much
appreciated. Thanks in advance!

PS: I realize I can capture the ROM contents to a file on the IIe,
but I was hoping to avoid that if possible, due to file transfer
issues to/from the IIe.
