second sight hardware cursor demo

i've been experimenting with the hardware cursor feature of
the oak vga controller. i've created a couple of short demo
programs that show my results. i'll post these demos on
comp.binaries.apple2

the general conclusion of my experiments is that the hardware
cursor works quite well, although there are some hoops to
jump through in preparing the image data.
