It sounds like what you may need is the DNS (Domain Name System)
address that goes with "delphi.com". Try 199.93.4.67 or 199.93.4.65--
from Netscape, I tried http://199.93.4.67 and reached Delphi with no
problem early Sunday morning. (However, at times, Delphi seems to be
overloaded and does not respond; so, you may need to try the number more
than once to get connected.)
By the way, you can look up DNS numbers for sites at a place called
"InterNIC" (http://rs.internic.net); its DNS number is 198.49.45.10 .
InterNIC has a FAQs and other info references you can read.
Really, I do not know how well any of this stuff will work with a
telenet connection. Be sure to post whatever you discover.
