I suppose you should say "any *easy* way" to connect those. And the
answer to that is no-- pre-ADB Macs were off on their own oddball
world in this and other things like serial ports, thanks to Steve
"Insanely Incompatible" Jobs. If you happen to be a hardware designer,
and want to build your own circuitry to do the job of translating,
that's a harder way. Find an ADB mac keyboard, and most of those
should work.
