Serial->parallel converter for the IIc.
This was a long cord with the IIc-Type serial connector on one end, and a
small box with electronics, dip switches, and parallel connector on the
other end.
I have one that I may want to sell. It is called an Apricord I think.
If you really want one, I remember the guy from P.I.E. telling me he had
one (Can't remember his name.)
